Coaching

A space where you can truly be yourself

Executive & Professional Coaching

Space to think. Challenge to grow. Support to turn insight into action.

You don’t need someone to tell you what to do.

You may need somewhere to think properly about what you’re doing, why you’re doing it — and what needs to change.

Coaching gives you dedicated space away from the noise of everyday work and life to think, reflect, challenge assumptions and make clearer decisions.

I work with professionals, leaders, business owners and people navigating change who want to understand themselves better, perform more effectively and make meaningful changes in the way they work and live.

WHAT IS COACHING WITH ME LIKE?

Coaching with me is collaborative.

I’m not there to run your life or hand you a formula for success. But I’m not simply going to sit silently and ask you how that makes you feel either.

I’ll listen. I’ll ask questions. I’ll notice patterns. I’ll challenge you when it is useful. I’ll introduce ideas, frameworks and perspectives where they might help. And we’ll keep bringing the conversation back to what you want to be different.

Sometimes our work will be highly practical and action-focused. Sometimes we need to slow down and understand what’s really happening first.

The work follows the person.

COACHING — WITH A WIDER TOOLKIT

Coaching is the foundation of our work, but I don’t believe every challenge can be solved by asking another question.

My wider background in behavioural change, education, neurodivergence, emotional coaching and communication means I can draw upon different frameworks when they are useful.

Our coaching might include behavioural change principles, NLP approaches, motivation and performance theory, Transactional Analysis, the Johari Window, values and identity work, psychoeducation, nervous-system awareness or practical strategies for executive functioning.

You don’t need to choose the model.

We’ll use what helps you understand yourself, see something differently or do something differently.
