Sober Spring Reset
Be honest... has "wine o'clock" started creeping earlier in the week lately?
Wednesday becomes Thursday.
Thursday becomes "nearly the weekend." And suddenly a bottle disappears without much thought.
You're definitely not the only one.
We're launching a small Sober Spring Reset - a series of relaxed social and wellbeing experiences for anyone who fancies spring-cleaning a few habits and seeing how they feel with a bit of a reset.
This isn't about judgement or giving anything up forever.
Just a chance to pause, reset and try something different for a few weeks.
The programme includes:
A session with Teresa, a neuroscience-informed coach specialising in NLP and hypnotherapy
Relaxed social meet ups
Outdoor gatherings
A Nordic-inspired sauna and cold plunge
experience
The whole programme is fully funded, so there's no cost to join.
We're simply looking for people who feel like wine o'clock might be getting a little too comfortable and fancy trying something different.

When Wine Isn’t Really About Wine
Most women who want to reduce alcohol aren’t struggling with addiction, they’re juggling work, motherhood, relationships, ageing parents, expectations and their own nervous systems.
Wine becomes:
A transition from work to home
A pause at the end of the day
A social softener
A reward
A moment of relief
And because it works — quickly — the brain learns the shortcut.
This isn’t a willpower issue.
It’s a nervous system loop.
In this fireside-style talk, we explore the hidden drivers behind “normal” drinking, including social anxiety, overstimulation, reward conditioning and identity pressure — especially within ‘mum culture’.
We discuss:
Why alcohol changes our state so effectively
Why anxiety often rebounds the next day
How habits are formed neurologically
Practical ways to reduce alcohol without restriction or shame
Reducing alcohol isn’t about being “good.”
It’s about freedom.
It’s about choice.
It’s about waking up clear-headed and knowing you’re responding to your life — not reacting to it.
If you’re curious about shifting your drinking for health, clarity or energy reasons, know this:
You don’t have to hit rock bottom to decide something no longer serves you.
Sometimes change begins with noticing.
